the BOTM has changed since the time that concorde
ran it....

instead of individual board posters voting for
which board they prefer... a new system has been
developed.

the BOTM now has a cabinet... which takes part
in the voting.

any registered user is welcome to be on the
voting cabinet... unless that user is a mod
of one of the boards listed in the current
BOTM contest.

as of now, the cabinet members are anonymous...
but each understand that if discrepency arrises
within the BOTM and its 'system'... i will be
oblidged to reveal the cabinet members. this
has yet to be necessary.

you can read more about BOTM and its progresses
and inner-workings by checking the BOTM board
in the administration category (or by clicking
the link under the banner ad above).

everyone is encouraged to join the BOTM cabinet...
so anyone interested in joining the cabinet for
next month's contest (starting august 1st)
feel free to contact me via PM.

also... if you have any questions or concerns
about BOTM and its system, feel free to post it
on the BOTM board or contact me directly via PM.

sorry this post sounds completely commercial
and unemotional... but its my duty to make sure
that those with questions regarding BOTM are
correctly answered.
